Swiggy did me dirty. How to get back at them?

I order some food items from a restaurant that’s 3 km from my place. This was at 6:07 pm in the evening and they cancelled my order at 7:46 pm. The delivery guy was still wandering god knows where and the app was constantly showing delivery in 9 minutes. I cane back from office, so tired, placed order while in metro to receive it as soon as i reach home and after 2 hours of waiting i still receive no food, no refund and no coupon. WTF my day is ruined. I am in rage and want to do something, fight for myself. Help me guys
