Creepy and weirdish guy in CP

Okay soo today me and my elder sister we were walking around in CP and somewhere in A block this dude in a white hoddie came up to us and asked us this whole area Cp , I was like yes it is and then he asked about the party scene for new years … so well I told him kid there are pubs and bars here so he could go and well he asked us wat were our plans .. and I told him at home only … okay Now one thing this is the end of it … well he started following us and I started getting scared so to like make him go away we entered a shop and looked at clothes and stuff for like 10 mins and we saw he wasn’t there so we left now … we saw a lady selling fruits and we went to her and there he was again like wtf and meri tho puri phat gyi thi and then my sister in public told him of … like u no kie stop following us she’s getting scared and kinda shouted at him …… I bet he was looking for dumb girls to follow him and go with him … Just be careful tonight girls
