Where can a student find a gas cylinder for cooking !

i live in prem nagar on rent . i am a student in college , do cooking by myself . need a filled gas cylinder . i will prolly then ask my landlord to ask for cylinder on his agency book . pardon for bad grammar . if possible suggest me near prem nagar .
