Please suggest some places to visit

Hey guys, actually I am visiting Dehradun, mussoorie, few other places in Uttarakhand next week. Can someone please help me with which places I should visit for sure. Something not so touristy would be preferred. Also, please suggest great restaurants where we can try local cuisines too at a budget.
