Looking for good college(s)

OK so I passed out of class 12th last year and couldn't attend any college due to financial issues in my family but my father (in army) took a personal loan recently and gave me almost all of it (I can't tell the amt it due personal reasons) I'm serious and don't want to waste the money my father lent me so please tell good college in dehradun for Bcom. OR Bcom. Hons with Ai and data science I actually wanted to join nda and become a officer and earn money asap so that I can tell my to relax and let me take care if them. But unfortunately because I failed in my 9th class I was over age and thus couldn't join it. So I researched and found out that I can join army after graduation with cds and it is my main reason for joining college and going for a graduation degree. Please help me out I would be most grateful if u could help me out. 🙏
