Looking for a Core team based out of Dehradun

Hey everyone, I want to a platform in which if someone wants to sell their property, we post in our platform, prospective buyers can place their bids. There would a deadlines for each property, either they choose the highest bidder or the auction goes expired. The bidders would have some measly auction entry fees like ₹49 or something to filter the serious buyers It works in bank seized properties. Why not for other properties. Might be worth trying. I’ve tried building a startup back in 2017 in Mumbai with a remote team but things didn’t work out. I want to stay local this time. I permanently shifted to doon around a year ago, and plan to stay here forever too. So looking for a core team who might be interested. I’m not looking for any particular experience. But just folks who are ready to learn something new and are not afraid of thinking. Also someone who is either well backed or someone who would be fine with just a stipend for now apart from stock options or until we get funding if any. Please DM if you want to talk further. I honestly believe Doon valley could be the next Silicon Valley of India. It’s got the geography and the culture.
