Does anyone know any good building contractors, need to construct second floor of a 100 gaj house. What is the expected cost?

Ground floor is already built , need to construct two rooms, bathroom and kitchen above. Would also add in remodel of ground floor bathroom and modular kitchen if the work is good and cost effective.
