Btech(cse) colleges in ddn

So I'm giving my 12th boards this year And I'm looking for a b.tech college in Dehradun. my options are either upes or dit.. I need genuine reviews from anyone who is from these colleges. Mummy to graphic Era bol rahi hai but I am not considering graphic Era at all Edit- dono ki fees me bahut difference hai ik But asking in general
