ETH: Will the Hystory Repeat or at least Rhyme? Previous Cycles' Price Action Comparison.

We are all disappointed with the current ETH price action to say the least. Will the history at least rhyme and we see some real action at the end of Q4 2024? Historically the beginnings of the last two Ethereum Bull runs started from the 4th quarter with a 4 year intervals as seen in the charts.
