Best dermat in town?

My father had an arm pain that lasted nearly 6 months. We consulted more than 10 docs and nobody was able to cure him. Even tried ayurveda too..no change. At last went to Ganga hospital and his arm pain was gone!!. Similarly now my brother has a skin disease. Saw many docs n no change. Can you suggest a good dermatologist who is very much experienced?
