Suggestions for a good bike mechanic

Hi, I have a 15year old hero honda hunk which has some nagging issues that the official service center refuses to comprehend or address without quoting exorbitant prices. Im tired of overpaying and not getting anything resolved. what they do is like band aid. Would be helpful if you guys could suggest any competent Bike technician/mechanic that you know of.
