Spoken Hindi classes cheap

Hello guys, I am looking to learn spoken Hindi for cheap. Most of the spoken Hindi classes are of longer duration and are expensive, could you recommend any place that is under 3k a month who also teaches decently? Please don't recommend me to watch movies and learn.
