Safety while Traveling

As a young adult, traveling alone kinda feels intimating. But, at the end of the day, I have to travel alone. So, I'm posting this to get your views on: 1. What measures do you take while traveling? Especially while taking a taxi or auto ride alone? 2. What do you do when some random man (or a group of men) tease? Do you just ignore? I know this is a cliche question, but I'm just curious about other options. There are a few posters outside colleges that has a helpline, I've never tried it and I'm not sure about it either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 3. How safe do you feel in general in cbe? Lastly, I'm open to any advice! Pls let me know what are your views on this.
