Need advice about MRI

I am 19 M and I think I have brain tumor, I have worsening symptoms and cannot take my mind off it. I am broke and don't want to freak out my parents before diagnosis. How much will a MRI cost in coimbatore, which doctor should I see, where can I get the mri for the cheapest, how can earn money for the diagnosis before anything gets serious in coimbatore. This post might sound dumb but I am looking for any information that could help me, sorry for sounding stupid and thanks in advance
