Kotak Bank Issue
We have had an account with Kotak Bank for the past 10 years in RS Puram branch. Two days ago, we received an email from Kotak regarding KYC-related issues, and as a result, our account has been blocked. This has also blocked all our credit and debit transactions. We have visited the branch twice to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, there has been no solution so far, and our account remains blocked. Pls provide me some directions how I can resolve this issue.4
