Is anyone facing low voltage today, around kurichi area?

Could be an issue related to my room electricity itself, but just wanted to see if it's due to festival celebrations. It has never happened before but today all the lights started dimming and flickering at the same time. Not a coincident as all the flickering happened at the same time
