I am a doctor from Delhi, I might be getting MD in a hospital in Coimbatore! Had some questions about the city, pleaseee help!

So guys, how is Coimbatore like a city overall? Is it a tier 2 city? Are there things to do? Like clubs and all? And do people know english/hindi? Because I will be involved with patients so really need to know if language will be a problem! And can I get good apartments here?
