Event Town Wedding planner absconded !! Need help.

My brother’s wedding event was managed by this Event Town www.eventtown.in from Coimbatore 5 months ago, during the event itself there was lot of mismanagement, somehow we managed but now they are not giving wedding pics , not picking our calls , closed their office and blocked us on Instagram also We paid them fully. Nowthey shut down their office . We don’t know h what to do now. We need the wedding pics digital copy atleast . Please help. My brother and SIL lives in Chennai, I live in Bangalore. Our hometown is Tiruppur. We need some local help in Coimbatore, please let us know what can we do in this situation
