1 Day Trip - Need help with itinerary

Hi r/Coimbatore, I know this question gets asked a lot - and I saw the consolidated list but I am a little confused with my itinerary and I need your help. Things to note - * I'm here for a day and a half and hence would love to travel locally - no Ooty and Connoor, hence. * I'm not interested in visiting temples. * Travelling with my girlfriend and would appreciate places safe to be visited by women. **Day 1** 07.30 AM - Reach Coimbatore by Bus 08.00 AM - Grab breakfast at Annapoorna (at Race Course Road as my stay is in Taj Vivanta) - please LMK if quality of food varies by branch - if so, which branch is the best. 09.30 AM - Visit GeDee Car Museum (super excited about this). 12.00 AM - Please suggest a *non-veg* lunch spot. Especially excited to try Chettinadu cuisine. Thinking of visiting Chettinad Canteen. 02.00 PM - Check into hotel. 03.00 PM to 07.00 PM - Especially need your help figuring out what to do at this time period. I thought of Ukkadam lake and Sweet Smith. Open to change. 07.30 PM - Please suggest a Ambur Biryani spot. 08.30 PM - Head to Record Room or any nice pub of your suggestion - I do not like bollywood - any techno or dnb gig suggestions would be appreciated. **Day 2** Nothing planned as such - our bus back is at 2.40 PM from Gandinagar so any *veg/non-veg* lunch spot recommendations would be great.
