CGPSC and the rant

Having cleared UPSC prelims multiple times, I can say CGPSC is a really random paper. My mom asked me to give this a try and I've never seen more weird exam than this. My marks in UPPSC prelims was higher than this. The random questions such as NAAC A++ rating, dates are very old styles of asking question. What is your opinion on this?
