Looking for FIDE tournaments in Delhi ncr

Hi! So this post is for my younger brother, he's 9. And he's been learning chess for 2 years now. We were thinking to enroll him for a tournament for real experience, regardless if he performs or not. He has played a few games on state level but he is unrated currently. Any tournaments happening soon (it's our first time too, entry fee if less would be preferred) ?? Location, in Delhi ncr only. Thankyou!!
