Relocation guide to Chennai

Hi Chennaites, I am new to this sub-reddit. My company told me to go to Chennai. I need to relocate within a month. I am starting my preparation. I am unmarried male. My office would be in the Ashok Nagar. Earlier I was in Thane, Maharastra. I was able to find rent house through Nestaway app. But it shows no house for Chennai. I think they have not started there yet.Which app to rent house in Chennai? I would need to commute to office daily, i can take my bike with me. Which area would be good to live from where I can commute(through bike or public transport)? How z the traffic? I don't know much about Chennai, how r people in general? Any general advise would be welcomed. Hopefully I can get some IPL tickets to watch match this season ! (I have no desire to live in city center/posh areas)
