They collected all the money - well in advance - and started rejecting, ignoring calls and messages. Till date they didn't complete interior service properly whereas the promised delivery timeline was November end, 2024. Design discussions started in August 2024. Even till date company didn't even complete full home interior service and is absconding. See the status of the house in pics. People who have collected payments (Rama Sundhari, Nisar Ahmed, Rohit, Roopesh - by literally threatening that project will get delayed if not paid) and promised various products and services (Mr. Srinath) are avoiding, rejecting calls. Nearly few hundreds of calls in 2-3 months and innumerable messages were ignored. After waiting for a very long time - 2+ months of delay, I had to complete the left over works by myself with my own expenses and move in. I am really hating the decision of going with this company and some of the works they have done. Their local contractor rejected providing services citing pending payment issues from this company. Complaining to their MD, Mr. Prashanth Havinahal (over LinkedIn) is also of no use. The designer Rama is very manipulative and changed many things without even informing us and has excluded items discussed in design discussions. She even bluffs that there are no curves in ceiling lights (after they failed to install and never before) and says its not her responsibility. She shows some impractical designs and delivers something else not even close to the reference images she shows you. Once advances are taken, she will leave responsibility to some XYZ project manager and won't respond to you nor to him. And she says that she does the same to every customer. They didn't even care to install the invisblebed despite multiple requests as it might fall and hurt small kids (see pics). Fed up with their shabby services and work, severe delays, fraud, I have given a police complaint and waiting for refund of my money. A word of caution: They will respond back only when they want, pay whatever amount they demand to get the work completed even after negotiatios - forget about the timelines promised - and you are at your own risk if you have paid them in advance. You will have to be responsible even for their mistakes and they might leave your work unfinished at any stage by just dropping a message - even with your house key in their hands. Beware of their scams.
