Techno fans?

How many techno fans out here in Chennai? I can clearly see that there aren’t any proper techno parties for the people to enjoy tho, planning to throw a great techno party with a good artist lineup, how many would you actually attend such an event? Considering ticket prices to be (1000-1500)?
