Right to work: NREGA in 2005, later renamed MGNREGA in 2009 3. Right to Education 2009 4. Land Acquisition Act 2013 5. Right to food: NFSA Act 2013 6. Civil Nuclear Agreement 2005 took more than 3 years before it was formalized and signed on 10th Oct 2008.
