psychiatrist/therapist recommendation (ADHD+BPD)

Recently I got diagnosed with ADHD and BPD and I'm confused about how to go forward from here. I have had some incidents with psychiatrist and therapist, now it's hard to blindly rely on someone, of course it's just business for them, they don't have to be really considerate about the patient. I'm looking for recommendations that I could rely on.
