Place to buy Tote bags, fancy clips and earrings

Hope all is good on your side. I wanted to buy a tote bag for my best friend from Chennai so was wondering about some of the good places here. A friend of mine in Chennai used to buy me some good book sleeves, very fancy unique earrings and clips like the ones you find on Instagram. So I was just wondering if there is any particular street/shop here in Chennai where I could find the latest and the in fashion bags, earrings and everything.
