Need advise asap

I am currently studying engineering in private institution in cbe and the college is pretty strict but my class advisor is dumb af she doesn't understand others point of view and their situation and only sees her's and here's the story I took leave on the 1st working day of my semester as my dad had a minor surgery But she said to bring my parents as I took leave after my dad explained everything for nearly half an hour she asked his discharge summary as a proof and today I took leave due to my allergies and she asks me to bring my parents to the college no other classes has this weird rules in my college and my mental health is affected by this severely I can't always ask my parents as they have their work to do what should I do (If she comes to know that I went to report it to a higher official she would blackmark me and reduce my marks ) I only took 2 days leave in the entire semester If we ask why,she says today there are nearly 8 absentees so either you come to college by afternoon even though you went to hospital or else bring your parents tomorrow and she tells that hod was the one to do so but we all know hod is a good guy and a well wisher i even informed the leave to her earlier this morning she said okay take leave and by 10.00 am she messages that you must bring your parents even though I said I have prescription she just wouldn't understand it and asks my parents to come (P.S. this applies for hostel students also some parents have travelled nearly 8-9 hrs for this shit) I wouldn't have taken a leave If she didn't approve it earlier is there any mistake from my side for taking leave or should I enquire everyone like "are you taking leave " before taking leave
