I’ve been dealing with a JioFiber outage for the past 6 days in Sholinganallur area, and I am completely fed up with their customer service. 😢 Despite multiple complaints, repeated calls, and even escalating the issue to the National Consumer Helpline, there has been no real action taken. My internet suddenly stopped working with red light blinking, and I immediately raised a complaint with Jio. So far, total of three service requests raised by customer care, but each time, the ticket gets closed without any actual fix. The field engineer who visited my place had no clue what to do. He simply said that it’s an S2 low power issue from the mains, which is not his problem, and as per procedure, he has to close the ticket instead of escalating it to the right team. When I asked him to at least transfer the ticket to the concerned team, he told me that his boss had asked him to close it and that I should call his boss instead. But guess what? His boss didn’t even answer my calls. Then I called this so called field engineer he is also not picking my call. Once someone else picked and tells he went out for shopping. 💀 I have called Jio customer care every single day, and their response has been completely useless. They keep saying, "We are escalating your issue, it will be resolved soon." But in reality, they are just closing my complaint and opening a new one, repeating the cycle over and over again. They don’t even bother to check if the issue is resolved before closing the ticket. It’s as if they just want to clear pending complaints without actually fixing anything. 1. Filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline – No resolution so far. 2. Tried posting on Twitter – No proper response, just the usual scripted replies. 3. Called customer care multiple times – Same response every time: "We are escalating it, please wait 3-4 hours." But it's been 6 days, and nothing has changed. I have lost 6 days of internet service, making it impossible to work. My recharge is being wasted, and Jio doesn’t care. Mental stress and frustration dealing with this nonsense every day. Jio’s customer service is just a loop of empty promises, false resolutions, and ignored complaints.Jio is quick to take our money, but when it comes to actually providing service, they vanish into thin air. If anyone has faced a similar issue and found a way to get Jio to actually fix things, please let me know.1
