Is he love bombing me, or am I the asshole here?

I (F23, Bengaluru) have been talking to a guy (M24, Chennai) for about two months now. We’ve only met once in person, had a brief two-minute conversation, and since then, all our interactions have been over the phone. Recently, he told me he loves me. I confronted him about it because, honestly, I feel like we don’t know each other well enough for that. I also don’t see a future in this since I’m moving to the US in four months. But he insists that his feelings are real. I don’t know how to react to this—it feels way too soon for me, and honestly, it seems like he’s being very delusional. Is he love bombing me, or am I the asshole here for doubting him?
