Help me help my wife to restart her career.
She worked as a teacher (kg) at first (got fired). After our 3 kids were born she is now a stay at home mom. After giving many interviews for teaching and other job interview. She got an opportunity to work as Ar caller. About 10 months in job she absconded due to conflict with colleague.Shortly after she met with an accident recovery from that took about a year. Now she's been giving interviews for about 6 months but none of them go through. The feedback she get is too many gap years/break, unstable career jump. Any suggestions to overcome this road block? In the meantime I tried to teach her SQL to help her get a career in IT. But she is not longer interested. Any other career/job which she can choose? During interviews one of the common question is "you have kids. Who will take care of them?". This question infuriates me. How to respond to this question? Other than giving interviews she spends most of the day on doom scrolling. Any sound advice for her to stop it and do job hunting seriously?4
