Chennai makkale ! How is kovur as an area to live ?

All my life I've lived near parrys and the malls and every food and clothing outlet , hangout places were quite nearby . Now I've to shift to kovur for about a year , how is the locality there and the places around . Would appreciate any inputs 😊
