Best places to buy things for travel to Canada

Hi Folks, I'm travelling to Canada next month. I am yet to start my purchase. Can you please suggest best places to buy all the travelling needs like Trolleys, Winter Jacket, Winter Boots etc. I would like suggestions on things I should buy before going to Canada. Also I would also be happy to have suggestions for general things like dress, shoes etc. Because I have been working from home for long time until recently and my wardrobe is honestly very bad. I'm middle class guy so please keep budget in mind.
