Beautiful wall art

I’ve been driving through a government urban settlement in Chennai. I have seen some really beautiful wall arts on the facade of the buildings. Truly inspiring and treat to the eyes. Anyone know who the artist is and how to get in touch with them? My apartment is getting painted now, I wish I could hire some artist to show his creativity on the wall.
