Any dog rescuers in Madipakkam?

There is an abandoned poodle near Bazaar Road. My heart breaks for the dog, but I can’t do shit about it since I have 6 dogs at home already. Can anyone rescue him? He seems like a sweet pup, but his coat is in a bad shape. I don’t know which fothermucker abandoned him. He still has a collar on, and I know he’s abandoned because he’s been here for a month or so.
