Am I joke to you?

I'm working at SBC, and it feels like my seniors always assume I'm wrong, no matter what I do. Even my tasks get rejected before they’re even reviewed. But when my colleague submits the exact same task (which I asked him to share), it gets approved without any issues. It’s frustrating and honestly starting to get to me. I don’t know what to do—any advice?
