Your thoughts on Prestige Windsor Park Vanagaram?

Hello Chennai Makkale! Would like to know your opinions on the gated community, Prestige Windsor Park located in Vanagaram. I heard it's a fairly new community and is located opposite the Vanagaram fish market (which I'm ok with). I'm also aware about the traffic in the area which I'm also ok with. Anyone staying there or knows someone staying there kindly share your thoughts on the place. Thank you!
