Why are people so rude in public ?

Today, I went to watch Pushpa 2 at the Inox in Phoenix. While watching the movie, during the first half, two ladies started fighting and caused a mess. I couldn’t believe they were shouting and fighting inside the theater! Everyone in the theater was watching them, and later, the staff came and escorted them out.
