Whatever happened to the good old humble Birinji rice? I don't find it anywhere. Has it been entirely replaced by Biryani

Back in the old days we had something called Birinji saatham. It was humble. Was spicy but not overpowering with those Biryani masalas. I remembered it and thought could order on Swiggy or Zomato but no shops have them. Is it only a catering special item these days. Where can I find good Birinji saatham?
