Weekend classes for adults

I want to join some classes be it art, pottery or physical training. The issue is my weekdays are packed and I will only be able to do this on weekends. More interested in fighting classes(MMA and Boxing) Any adults going on weekend classes, where do you go? Please drop your suggestions.
