Telescope for public use

Hi yall, im interested in seeing the planetary parade on jan 21, and we can see neptune and uranus only w a telescope. I've been pretty into space stuff and would really love to be taught how to use a telescope and get the opportunity to use one. Any place that can do that in chennai?
