RTO delay of Ather 450X

I booked an Ather 450x which was supposed to be arriving today (2nd Jan) but the dealer said that they took it to RTO but since its a new year, the number series for the number plate has expired, RTO didn't even look at any vehicle today for the registration and that they will do the process tomorrow. I booked the bike on 18th Dec, 2024 stating that the bike will be delivered on 26th but again delay due to the color i mentioned not being available. After 26th, they said it would be delivered by 31st Dec but again delay stating that RTO was on leave. Promised that the bike would be delivered on 2nd Jan but again delay. My question is, how long will these guys delay? Is Ather really inefficient in keeping up their promise of delivering the bike on the intended date? I booked the bike based on the reviews but it seems that I'm losing hope. How should I proceed? Should I post it on Twitter (or) complain to Consumer Court? BTW, I booked this bike on Ather Nungambakkam showroom.
