Ola/uber

The Ola and Uber facility in Chennai is not good at all. The drivers always charge extra money, which is at least twice the amount shown on the app. It’s extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient, and I haven’t encountered this issue in any other city so far. When I tell the drivers that I’ll complain about the extra charges, they don’t seem to care at all. If they don’t want to accept the ride at the app’s price, why do they even accept it in the first place? They’ll make me wait for 10 minutes, and only after reaching my location do they start demanding extra payment.
