No suffering is eternal

I was travelling in the metro to govt estate and had to change lines at Central. I had a memorable Christmas with my friends and was returning home. While waiting for the train, a man around his 40s was griping in a sorrowful way to his dad and was having a breakdown while moving in the elevator. I wanted to say something to pacify him but my social anxiety stopped me. I'm writing this here cuz i was just contemplating my life after going through a bad heartbreak this year and nothing could console me at that time. Suffering doesn't know ur gender and age, pain demands to be felt! But it does get better over time and seek the help u need. Wishing a happy Christmas and New year to everyone.
