NGO Donation Spam!

I think that I have stayed silent about it after years of spamming by NGOs of different scale but I lost my shit yesterday when I received long text from one of the NGO caller who is trying to collect funds for a 5 year old child’s cancer treatment that “You can only understand when it is someone in my family. God is watching. Plus extra rants” despite of me clearly explaining her why I am not in a situation to support. It disturbed me mentally since yesterday and cannot get it out of my head. I see the increasing trend in the last 2 years for child medical support, food/clothing for orphans, pregnancy support, malnutrition mothers, rural development, climate control etc and I realise that there is a need to support situations of those in need. So, I allocate 10k every month for such situations, contribute when I am asked outside my IT park, over calls. I see more and more folks reaching out literally every two days. While I don’t expect any good deeds for myself but what the actual F was that?????? What do I do to deserve this? Why am I questioning my decision to support at the first place?
