Need Help to Update PAN Card

So i got my pan card when i was 17 as a minor which wont have face and signature. also the pan card was delivered to my old address where im no longer staying. i only have epan with me right now. i have updated my aadhar to new address and tried updating my pan card online but my application was rejected and they asked me to update it offline. my epan has signature not verified in it. how do i update my address and other details in PAN CARD with help of my e-pan??
