Making a new year resolution to go to Dubai in 2025

Can someone guide me? I am living in Chennai and planning to visit Dubai next year. I've never traveled outside of India before and I'm saving 50,000 INR for the trip. I checked with a few travel agencies, but they are charging around 80,000 INR. I want to make this plan a reality. Please share your guidance and advice!
