Lien Marked on account due to crypto trading on binance

I have been lien marked due to two transactions that i had done on binance p2p. Both were on the same day 30 th Jan. The first lien mark came on 31st Jan and I have spoken to bank and got a contact of a police station who did it. The second one came today 07th Feb and idk whether its from the same place. I am not well versed with this “lien” term , and I would like to be helped by someone who has knowledge in this and what might be the reason for this and how to get my money back. I wanted to exit out of cryptocurrency due to the risks but got into this mess instead. So please if possible, anyone help me. Thanks.
