Is there any shop where they would write record works in chennai

I'm too fed up of writing records nowadays in my college.i feel it as waste of time where I don't reap nothing.especially studying in anna university affiliated college is just double burden of record works due to this,I find it hard managing time to study and grow my skills being an engineering student.pls tell me if there are shops or people writing records Pls help me out of this guys
