Is everyone in Chennai facing diarrhoea and vomiting symptoms after these rains?

A lot of our society folks have suffered severe fever, vomiting and diarrhoea last week . Some of them fell sick again before recovery. Most are vomitting and diarrhoea symptoms for last couple of days. Hospitals around are full with similar cases around. Are U facing the same , or is it just our society? Some say it's the whole of Chennai. Your thoughts ?
